YM Sport is designed and managed in a quarterly-session format through progressive performance targets established at the beginning of each session and program-efficacy evaluations and individual performance assessments administered at the conclusion of each training block. Periodized training programs and monthly workout calendars for YM Sport are provided through the group Athlete Performance Plans (APP) that are designed for each gender and age group. These APPs are monitored throughout each three-month session by a YM Coach and adjusted based upon rider feedback and observations of the YM Sport groups at OnSite workouts. Athletes in this program will have unlimited access to their APP that allows for personal customization through consultation with a YM Coach based upon the athlete's quarterly goals and the coach's field assessments at OnSite group workouts. Program members have up to three OnSite workouts and/or RaceAssist sessions a week, with additional YM Sport workouts scheduled as needed. YM Sport includes one hour of consultation time a month with a YM Coach! YM Sport sessions begin October 1 each season and follow a quarterly Autumn, Winter, Spring, and Summer session format. While it's recommended that athletes enter into the program in the Autumn Session to maximize development, entry into the program is provided for throughout the year.
