The YM Academy is a year-round program with a syllabus created around the annual USA Cycling and international racing calendars and the athlete's personal training and racing goals in a format that provides a foundation for development to the athlete's physical potential. The goal of the YM Academy is to consistently and predictably identify and develop athletes capable of competing at an international standard and, ultimately, place riders into their respective national team programs and elite trade teams. Cyclists are provided with fully-customized Athlete Performance Plans, monthly training calendars accessible through Training Peaks' web-based software, unlimited access to their YM Coach, written program modification, delimited athlete management, and up to three OnSite group workouts a week, including access to exclusive YM Academy OnSite workouts as they are planned. YM Academy sessions begin October 1 each season and follow a quarterly Autumn, Winter, Spring, and Summer session format. While it's recommended that athletes enter into the program in the Autumn Session to maximize their development, entry into the program is provided for throughout the year if space is available. YM Academy members may be eligible for inclusion into the Lehigh Valley Cycling Club's elite racing team upon review by the YM coaching staff and LVCC club management. For the 2010 racing term, this program is designed and managed by Coach May Britt. FeesYM Academy Coaching Bundle: $175/month Athletes in this program must purchase the discounted Platinum-level Champions Membership at 24-7 Fitness Clubs for the Autumn and Winter Sessions.
