ON SITE WORKOUTS

OnSite WorkoutIn addition to well-planned training programs and a coach's consultation, athletes need competent hands-on guidance and feedback. Young Medalists' OnSite workouts provide this support in a dynamic group setting with clear group workout objectives tailored to each individual athlete. Coach-athlete ratios are kept as low as possible to facilitate strong communication and interaction amongst coaches and riders. Depending on the quarter in session, OnSite classes are scheduled up to three times a week for one-and-a-half to two hours of instruction per workout! In addition to the weekly OnSite group workouts, Young Medalists athletes may contract with their YM Coach for personal coaching workouts at a discounted rate. See "Additional Services" for more information. For YM Satellite members, Go! Passes may be purchased for use in Onsite workouts up to four times a month.
