An accomplished non-profit executive, Olympic medalist, and sports industry leader with strong qualifications and a unique personal history blending sport and business, Erin Hartwell brings over 20 years of international athletic and sports management experience to the helm as CEO at Athletics Cubed, Inc. As a multiple Olympic and world-championship medalist, former national team director, and influential CEO at the Valley Preferred Cycling Center, Hartwell is using his two decades of knowledge in international athletics to redefine excellence in sports management.

Bringing his passion for coaching and athlete management in line with his desire to provide international racing opportunities to the elite cycling community, Hartwell has created a unique sports management company capable of providing turn key support to its client base through its three distinct divisions: Young Medalists, Elite Athlete Services, and Race International.

Committed to excellence on and off the bike, Hartwell has staked a strong leadership role in helping direct the future of American cycling and international athlete management.

Director and Head Coach of Youth Programs

May Britt Hartwell is the brains and brawn behind the Young Medalists High Performance program. Following upon her 30 years of experience as an international athlete, coach, and youth program manager, May Britt has created a distinctive youth coaching service that has earned multiple national titles on the road and track while concurrently placing a number of young athletes into the USA national team system.

A Norwegian Olympian, world championship medalist, and Paralympic tandem pilot, "Coach May" has drawn upon her influential Scandinavian cycling background to create an American-based program that replicates the successful club systems of northern Europe. Young Medalists High Performance is the culmination of years of effort to provide competent guidance for young athletes.

In deference to her upbringing on a farm in Norwegian fjord country, May Britt brings a personal approach of toughness, commitment, hard work, and perseverance to her programs in conjunction with world-class experience and knowledge in cycling and coaching.
